...love can form out of the most unlikely situations.

Why about a month and a half ago a timid little rat came up to me and real shyly asked if we could do an art trade together. Of course I was delighted to...in fact I don't think I've ever completed an art trade as fast as I did with her. She did her side quite quick too!

Well then that got us eventually talking to each other and I'm not sure what really happened but we were bonding quickly and eventually it lead to talking on the phone almost 3 hours every weekday then almost the entire weekend and the want to hear each other hasn't died on little bit!

I met her parents (she has one CRAAAAAZY MOM!) they said that I could live there with Lenore till I get a job and a loan payed off and find an apartment. I'm real excited it seems like life is for once really starting and I get to share it with one beautiful lady with an exceptionally awesome personality hehe.

At the end of May is when we will be starting our lives with each other. So if we dissappear for a little bit don't worry we'll just most likely be too busy clinging to each other and not the computer = 0

I've seen one or two people in the past, but its really never taken me by surprise like this one...I've never felt such a want to see a person so much. This time I feel I've found the one (she actually found me((thats a first too)). We make each other feel very appreciated and laughing everyday. Negativity and doubt doesn't even exist in our world. I'm very lucky VERY LUCKY. I never thought I'd ever have the chance in my life to meet someone of her league! I'm so sure without a doubt I know my future rests with !

Miss Lenore has taught me that one can live happy and fruitful without the messy misery of hacking up some unfortunate critter into meaty shanks. I have challenged myself to leave meat out of my diet for now on. It makes me feel both humble and that I am doing something right in my life for once hehe.

Now that you know a little background. In this journal I'd like some replies containing some good eats and/or meals that are not meat that provide good alternative protein. I'm still new to this so I'd appreciate some tips!
